They stopped at the grocery store on the way back, and Tim made yet another great dinner (this time of sausage and carrots and peas). We sent the kids to bed and drank two bottles of wine.

Corsica Day 8
On Sunday, Amy and Tim took the four girls on the drive from our apartment through Piana and in the direction of Porto. They went on an easy hike through the Colanche (Colanques in French), which gave the kids ample opportunities to climb all over boulders. I heard about caves carved out of rocks, a rock in the shape of a dog’s head, and a picnic on the trail. I stayed home with my foot up.
