After they cleaned up, we headed out to what turned out to be a lovely dinner in Cargese at a restaurant overlooking the ocean. Even the kids’ meals were nice (good food) and reasonably priced. It was a great cap to the vacation.

Corsica Day 13
On our last non-travel vacation day, we started the morning with a visit to a turtle sanctuary. It turned out to not be particularly accessible for crutches, but most of us did get to see a really cool and extensive gathering of turtles from all over the world. The little girls were especially excited about turtle after turtle after turtle. The favorites were the super huge turtles. We had a lunch of panini at the sanctuary then headed back to the apartment for nap time. While the littles napped (or tried to, in Cora’s case), Tim and Amy took the big girls to the beach with the "big waves." It looked like great fun.
