Today we took an afternoon walk in one of the local city parks, Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. It has the added advantage of being a (mostly) off leash park for dogs. The park has lots of hike and bike trails and (as the name alludes) a creek. Casey had a fantastic time. Cora incessantly reminded us during our walk that there had been a grave misunderstanding and that this was not the type of park she had expected. Luckily this park had that park as well.
