This post is really a warning to my mom to start planning her intervention strategies now...
My mom takes each of her grandkids on a trip... just the two of them... when they're 5. She was explaining this to Maya last week while they were visiting us. It wasn't really clear that Maya was paying any attention at all, to be honest, but my mom did say something like "anywhere you want."
We were driving with our friends in the car the other day, and Maya just offered up, "I'm going to Disneyworld." We chuckled. Then we asked her if that something wasn't something maybe her parents should know about. "No, grandma's taking me."
Uh oh.
