They arrived last Wednesday evening late (after a missed connection and an airline mixup). We had some pizza for dinner and turned in. Thursday, Maya went to school, and the rest of us saw some of the sights of Trento in the morning. We went to the Duomo, saw the Piazza Duomo, got some brioche for breakfast, and then took in the Castel Buonconsiglio. Tim and I had already been, but there were some things we hadn't seen the first time, including some very extensive and impressive frescoes in the Torre Aquila. After the castle, we stopped for lunch and then had a relaxing afternoon at home. Which also included getting Maya and her grandma some gelato in the afternoon.
