Bolzano

Friday, we drove up to Bolzano and started the day with a trip back up to Soprabolzano.  Mom, dad, Tim, and Maya all took the cable car up, and I drove the car up to meet them.  We did a walk around the forest and then had some lunch by a lake before heading back down into Bolzano.  We stayed in a lovely hotel on a vineyard-covered hillside.  We got checked in, then walked down the hill into the city to see some of the major sites (though most things were closed) and had some delicious German dinner.  Then most of us took a taxi back to the hotel, though Tim decided to save us the second cab fare and walked back up the creepy unlit forest path to the hotel.  The first set of pictures are Tim's; then a few of dad's to fill in.
