Monday was our final day in Venice, and it was a short day at that. We first headed back to the first pasticceria (it was reliably good). We then gave back the keys for our airbnb before heading (with our luggage) to Piazza San Marco to take a look at the church.
We checked our bags (using the free service), and, because we had checked bags, we got a free skip-the-line pass into the church. Bonus. (No photos inside the church, though...)

Then we again hopped on the vaporetto (those three day passes were totally worth it) to head towards the train station.
We grabbed some panini for lunch, which we ate on the steps of the train station, then we settled in on the train. Just after we boarded, we were joined (much to our surprise) by some friends of the girls' from the elementary school. So the big girls were entertained by the diversion in company, while the little girls took naps.
