Bolzano and Soprabolzano

Today, I took my family to Bolzano, first to see the Otzi (iceman) museum (which, as ever, did not disappoint... if you ever find yourself in northern Italy, you should definitely check it out) and then for a walk from Soprabolzano. This first photo is from just outside the cathedral in Bolzano.

One of the many market stalls that line the streets in Bolzano.

The doors to the art museum in Bolzano. I thought Tim would like them...

A random frescoed building. I think we should fresco the front of our house when we return to Austin...

Dad on the funivia from Bolzano to Soprabolzano.

It was a sunny day. The lizards liked it.

I have whittled my photos of mountain views down to just a relative handful. It was a super beautiful day, and the views were stunning.

Though periodically, my father stepped in to take the same photo I had just taken...

My mother powered through the walk with little complaint, even though her knee and back have been bothering her...
