Florence: Travel
We arrived exactly on time after a smooth transfer through the Dusseldorf airport. Our last flight was on a propeller jet, which was exciting for all. After we arrived, we got settled in our apartment then headed out to find some food. Maya fell asleep at the table. Later in the afternoon, our friends the Piccos arrived, followed closely by Audrey. We all wandered into the center of Florence (about a 15 minute walk from our apartment), then found a place to eat dinner. Maya fell asleep at dinner and basically sleep walked home.
